Go on a walk.   Challenge yourself to leave your cell phone in your purse or pocket and feel the atmosphere and love the surroundings.                                       Think about yourself. Analyze your weakness and think how you can convert your weakness into your strength.                             Do a puzzle.  We  forgot how awesome puzzles are. And they use a different part of our brain.                                  Do a gardening. We can plant a tress near our house area (like: society park, etc.). We can clean our home garden or can have some water to the plants.                                                    Relax your mood.   We can relax our-self or our mood by watching movies, t.v, playing games, listening music, reading books etc.
